Returns & Cancellations
We are confident that you will love our products but just incase anything happens or you change your mind we offer a no hassle returns policy on non personalised items. You can return your item(s) at any time within 14 days of receipt and receive a 100% refund no questions asked
We cannot accept any returns or offer any refunds on our Personalised products unless the item received is faulty. These products have been ordered to your specifications therefor cannot be resold. Please also note that the colour of your item may slightly differ from the one shown within the product images. We make every effort to get the colour as close as possible and will not accept this as a valid reason to request a refund on an item.
If the product is faulty, please contact us by emailing CustomerSupport@OfferDropper.co.uk within 30 days of receipt to arrange a refund. We may require photo evidence before processing the refund. If the refund is accepted we will provide you with a returns address.
We cannot accept cancellations on any orders that have entered into production. If you would like to cancel an order, please email us immediately at CustomerSupport@OfferDropper.co.uk quoting your order number, full name and reason for cancellation. We will then come back to you and confirm whether or not the order has entered into production.
If your item has not arrived
If your order has not arrived then please contact your local postal or sorting office in the first instance. If they do not have your item then please contact us immediately. We will then have up to 10 working days to investigate the whereabouts of your order before sending a replacement item.
Please also note..
If you send an item back to us without reporting it first then the item will not be accepted. All order returns and cancellations must be reported first. We are not liable to refund item(s) that are not reported in the first instance.
If your delivery is late due to any circumstances out of our control such as fires, severe weather condtions, industrial disputes, strike or labour disputes and acts of god then we are not held liable.
We can only offer refunds with the same payment method used for purchase. For example, if you ordered your products through Paypal, we can only send the refund to your Paypal account. The same applies with bank cards. We can only refund the card used to originally purchase the item(s).
If you do not receive Products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, OfferDropper shall have no liability to you unless you notify us via email at CustomerSupport@OfferDropper.co.uk of the problem within this 28 day period.
